What time frame is the Historic on the Report Card?

Historic is the total average for all responses in the last 13 months.

What do the red outlines indicate?

If a Provider or Location received less than 5 responses in that month, we indicate that with the red outline.

Why can I only see the last two months of data in the Report Cards?

The last two months of data show the most recent trend for the specific provider or location and the metric selected. All previous months of data comprises the Historic values.

The Report Cards that are emailed to me have a number with N after it. What does that mean?

N's = number of patients who have provided an answer to this question.

Ranking Report - Minimum results to be ranked

A minimum of 15 results in the Quarter to be ranked.
