Instructions for using the Service Recovery/Patient Contact Request System

You will receive an email or text with a message that a new patient comment has been received.

Example

Subject: Recovery: New Patient Comment(s)

New patient comment(s) received for Anywhere Medical Associates.

Click here to review.

When you click on the link in the text or email. Login into the Dashboard to view the patient comment and their contact details.  The link will take you to the Service Recovery tab.

Click on the rows to view the patient comment and patient contact information.

When you click on the row, you will see a pop-up window like this.  You can change the status to “In Progress” or “Closed” and input internal notes for future reference.  We list the Patient’s name, Patient ID and contact information we have received. The Send To: is how we sent the survey.

You can use the drop down list to view the older comments, changing them to “In Progress” and “Closed” so you know which ones are New and which ones have been followed up on.
